- The Kingdom of God –We aim to move in the signs of the present fulfillment of the kingdom, invoking the Spirit’s powerful presence, ministering through the Spirit’s gifts, and seeing God heal and work wonders
- Intimate Worship – We desire to worship God with our whole being. We want Jesus at the center as our Lord. We hunger for the fullness of the Spirit... His glory resting upon us! We believe that there is a unique and powerful dynamic that happens when God’s people worship him in intimate expression.
- The Presence of God – We want our gatherings to be earmarked by the tangible sense of the abiding presence of God. Especially during worship and in times of ministry, we give room for God to make Himself known and to touch us with His Spirit.
- Naturally Supernatural – We believe that God is moving through his people in healing as well as other powerful and supernatural ways. We value working with him in non-manipulative and natural expressions.
- Everybody gets to play – We believe that the natural outflow of a life lived for Christ is extending His Kingdom through various ministries. All Christians are commissioned to ‘do the stuff’ that Jesus did.
- Authenticity – We value honesty, integrity and authenticity. We believe that we can best represent the Kingdom of God by being ourselves. We don’t want plastic faces with painted smiles, rather we want to be real people living a life in process… striving to become more like Jesus.
- The Bible – We believe that the Bible is God's word to us. Not only do we want to know and understand its teaching but we even more want to know the God who it reveals. It is our standard for what we believe and for what we do.
- Prayer – We value communication with God very highly. We value private, personal prayer, as well as corporate prayer. And we believe that God values our prayers. We desire to live our lives, personally and corporately, in a way that commits significant time to prayer.
- Discipleship – We value being and producing disciples. Our intent is to teach people to follow Jesus and to do the things Jesus did. We have a particular passion for raising and releasing leaders into Kingdom ministry.
- Cultural Relevance and Intentional Diversity – We strive to keep church ‘accessible’ by using language, media, music and styles that are commonly understood by both the churched and un-churched of our particular community. We want our church to look like our community with a representation from the various cultures, races, and mindsets that make up our unique area.
- Mercy, compassion, and acceptance – We want to have the same mercy and compassion toward others that Jesus has toward us. We believe that a radical acceptance of people wherever they are breaks down barriers and allows the love of Jesus to change them.
- Church planting and missions – We value extending the Kingdom of God through planting churches in our country and abroad. We believe that the most effective and Biblical form of missions work is conducted through the local church.
- Serving our Community – We desire to affect our local communities through acts of service and through non-religious WABP projects (World’s A Better Place).
- Excellence – We aren’t interested in performing for the sake of impressing others but we believe that we honor God by offering our best and that we serve others more effectively by taking the extra steps necessary to create an atmosphere of quality and excellence.
